A bit about Shiny Hippy People
Our aim is to have a great relationship with suppliers and customers and to offer an excellent service to customers. We are passionate about providing good quality ethically sourced natural products at a fair price.
Our hand crafted items are supplied by a BAFTS recognised importer (British Association for Fair Trade shops). The importer ensures that producers are paid a fair price for their work and are guaranteed a regular income. Advance payments are made to producers to help with the cost of materials. These imports are enhancing the livelihood of around 200 families in some of the poorest regions of the world.

Our Herbs & Spices come from Steenbergs Organics who operate from new eco-premises in Yorkshire, purpose built to blend their finest quality Organic Herbs & Spices with minimum environmental impact. We sell natural skin care from Faith in Nature and Sante Naturkosmetic. These products do not contain animal ingredients and many are vegan. Faith in Nature offer affordable award winning skin care. They contain no SLES, are naturally preserved, paraben free, use organic ingredients wherever possible, have no artificial colours or preservatives and no animal testing.
Sante Naturkosmetic is an Ecocert certified organic range of skin care of exceptional quality and has been manufactured in Germany for over 20 years. It is BDIH certified and does not contain any Nano refined ingredients, Sodium Laureth Sulphate, Synthetic preservative, fragrance or colour, Petroleum based oils or GM and Irradiated ingredients.
