Trade description
Details are accurate at the time of publication however, slight differences in colours and textures may occur and product specifications may change slightly after going to press. Please remember that handicrafts are made by individuals so designs and colours may vary.  Please note all measurements are approximate.

Payment by Cheque
If you would prefer to pay by cheque you can place the order in the normal way.  Please also send an email to vicky@shinyhippypeople.co.uk specifying your order details and delivery address and we will hold your order for 7 days.  Post cheque to Shiny Hippy People, 12 Birch Drive, Silverdale, Carnforth, Lancashire, LA5 0SE with a print out of your order or email.  Once the funds are cleared the order will be dispatched.  You may also phone during office hours 0900 – 1800 - 01524 702152 an answering service may be in operation.

Guarantees & Returns
We really want you to be delighted with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction unwanted items may be returned to us within 30 days provided the item is unused and in its original condition.  Unfortunately we cannot pay the delivery costs for the returned item unless the item has arrived damaged or has been incorrectly delivered.  It is advisable to use a recorded delivery service for returning items as we are unable to refund an item that we do not receive.  Also this does not apply to goods which, by reason of their nature cannot be returned; i.e.earrings for pierced ears, personal grooming products, toiletries and perishable goods.
