All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is within the UK and costs £3.95. Most parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st class service except larger/heavier items where we use Royal Mail 3-5 day service. We try to pack and post your parcels within 1 working day of received payment provided the item is in stock. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of the expected delay or to offer an alternative product if applicable. Unwanted items may be returned to us within 7 working days provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately we cannot pay the delivery costs for the returned item unless the item has arrived damaged or has been incorrectly delivered. It is advisable to use a recorded delivery service for returning items as we are unable to refund an item that we do not receive.
